HPT participates in the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2024

On August 1, 2024, HPT attended the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2024 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The event was organized by the Vietnam Logistics Service Enterprise Association (VLA) and Vinexad Company, in coordination with the Import and Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade).

The Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2024 (VILOG 2024) was held with the theme "Green Logistics – The Foundation for Sustainable Development," focusing on the latest technological trends and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and minimize environmental impact. The event featured 400 booths from over 300 companies representing 20 countries and territories, with notable participation from companies and corporations from major countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and others.

Recognizing the trend of developing and applying IT science in business operations not only in the logistics sector but also across various fields and industries, such as warehouse management, maintenance, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting. HPT Customer Service Center (HSC), representing HPT participated in VILOG 2024, introduced to clients and partners IT solutions and services to help businesses manage warehouses and IT systems more effectively.

Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) – software applications designed to control the movement and storage of goods within a warehouse and handle related transactions, including receiving goods, storing items, picking orders, shipping, and inventory management. This helps businesses operate their warehouse activities more efficiently.
HPT SmartWaresis offered to customers as a SaaS (Software as a Service) – a warehouse management software rental service. It is based on the HPT WMS solution but optimized to be immediately usable by businesses without the need for significant investment in infrastructure and personnel.
IT system maintenance servicesis to optimize the availability of a company’s IT infrastructure, helping businesses quickly address unexpected technical issues. The services include on-site support, repair services, contract-based services, and emergency repair services.
IT outsourcing servicesfor businesses that require specialized IT infrastructure operations when their IT department cannot immediately address the need. The service offers two options: personnel leasing and IT management services.

In addition to the main activity of the booth exhibition, VILOG 2024 also featured two other activities: a seminar on green logistics and B2B trade networking through an online platform. Additionally, VILOG 2024 was held concurrently with the 22nd International Exhibition on Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Vietnam Medipharm Expo) in Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to create interactions between logistics companies and the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

It also serves as a platform for networking, learning, and experiencing the latest technologies in the logistics field.
