2022

1. HPT continues to maintain a revenue of over 1,000 billion VND.
- In 2023, despite many difficulties and challenges, HPT, through the relentless efforts of all its staff, has continued to maintain a revenue of over 1,000 billion VND.

2. The board of directors launches the breakthrough strategy 2025–2030

- The Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) directly developed and launched the company's "Breakthrough Strategy 2025–2030" with the spirit of "Bold Breakthrough – Strong Determination – Seizing Opportunities," introducing new directions and more decisive action plans.

3. Strong development of the leadership team

- The 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders elected the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the new term (2023–2028), and added a Vice Chairman to the Board of Directors.

HPT CSEP – Asset Management Solution: Completed the solution including web and mobile app versions, and launched it into the market.

Information Security Monitoring Products and Services (SOC): Made initial strides in the international market, securing the first 5-year contract with a customer in Cambodia.

HPT SmartNOC: Established the NOC service operation and monitoring center, secured 3 new contracts (including a major one with a manufacturing customer), and identified 31 business opportunities.

HPT SAALEM: Implemented 2 important projects for 2 leading commercial banks in Vietnam.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Solution: Expanded to include several new customers.

7. Growth in cooperation with major partners and expansion of HPT’s international business market

- Developed 10 new partners, including 5 Vietnamese technology partners, with a marketing fund increase of 62% compared to 2022.

- Expanded cooperation with a major partner in Cambodia, creating international business opportunities.

- Donating 40 gifts and scholarships to students in difficult circumstances at Can Dot Primary School, Long An Province; distributing 160 gifts to pediatric patients undergoing treatment at the Oncology Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City and 77 gifts to children in Ha Giang Province.

1. HPT surpasses the revenue milestone of 1,000 billion VND, exceeding the committed net profit plan to shareholders

In 2022 HPT exceeded sales and net profit targets: Revenue reached 117% of the plan, Net profit reached 106% of the plan. In which, for the first time after 28 years of operation, HPT surpassed the revenue milestone of over 1,000 billion VND.

2. A series of activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of HPT Hanoi branch (8/11/2002 – 8/11/2022)

The company has organized and carried out various activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of HPT Hanoi branch, such as sports activities, charity events, sports exchanges with loyal partners and customers, especially the publication of the book "HPT Hanoi Branch - Steady Steps at Age 20" and a gratitude ceremony for the staff and a formal, warm party thanking customers and partners on November 25th marking the conclusion of the series of events.

- SAALEM Product: Technical resources increased by 180% compared to 2021. Strong growth in revenue: more than 700% compared to 2021 (including software copyright value).

- SMARTNOC: Accessed to 40 opportunities, 4 times of PoC coordination for customers and signed 03 contracts, with estimated sales of 500 million VND; played an active role in supporting and fixing major problems of key customers.

- Information Security Monitoring Product and Service: Developed more than 5 new customers, contributed to the growth of the Information Security Monitoring Service (revenue increased by 18% and gross profit increased by 34%), contributed to many large projects related to information security monitoring.

5. Growth in cooperation results with some major partners
Developed 20 new partners; reward value from partners is nearly 60%, and the marketing fund for partner growth has increased by 18% compared to 2021.

7. Developing and preparing to issue a set of core indices

The company has built a set of core index systems in areas such as finance, human resources - training, partner relationships, customer management, and business opportunities (CRM index system), and information systems. The development and application of the core index system is the foundation for implementing "Data-driven management and decision-making”.

8. Social and Community activities

Significant contributions made by HPT to social and community activities include being recognized in 2022 as an exemplary "Flower of Charity" by the Red Cross Society of Ho Chi Minh City in 2022, sponsoring 10 tablets for underprivileged students in Phu Yen province, donating 160 gifts to children with cancer during the Mid-Autumn Festival, sponsoring the IT Bank HCM football tournament, and sponsoring events of VNISA and HCA.

9. Growth in Human resources
In 2022, HPT's human resources experienced the most significant growth and development in the past 5 years, with an outstanding growth rate of 18% in personnel. Among them, technical human resources had the highest growth rate, increasing by 27% compared to 2021.

10. Community-building and engagement activities

HPT organized many internal training and development programs, as well as exchange and sharing activities within the company's staff such as:

- Company-wide meetings: 02 times.

- Meeting of key personnel resource planning: 02 times.

- "Communication Skills" training program.

- HPT organized a summer vacation for all employees in Nha Trang city and an overseas trip for employees who achieve outstanding performance in 2021.

1. EBIT of the company reached 108% of plan, grew 48% compared to that of 2015.

Revenue of the company reached 924 billion VN, 128% of plan, grew 34% compared to that of 2015.

Net profit of HSI reached 116% of plan, net profit of HSC reached 100% of plan.

2. HPT was recognized by Governmental organizations, IT associations for its great contribution to IT development:

3. Chairman Ngo Vi Dong was given HCMC ICT Award for great contribution to HCMC IT development.

4. HPT cooperated with Credence to implement Investment Management Solution for Baoviet Fund. This is first Investment Management Solution in Vietnam.

5. HPT upgraded Quality management system compliance with ISO 9001 standard to version 2015 and certified by NQA.

6. HPT appointed 3 Deputy CEOs, Director of business unit HSI, which forming sustainable management.

7. Finance has excellent achievement: completion of 2013-2014-2015 tax settlement, signed off last-long projects.

Some software service projects: ECM for Vietinbank, upgarde SAS application for Prudential, BPM for MBBank, BI for Hanwha.

Some first projects of cloud computing (Office 365): TMG, Greenfeed.

Some projects which were implemented with complicated and new technology on UNIX, Cisco Nexus network infrastructure, integrated system (Medical University, VietABank, Viettel, VIB…).

Consulted and transformed original servers to virtualization for Governmental Treasury in all Vietnam provinces. This was national wide project and also complicated in technology.

Some value added projects in Vietnam: implementing portal for People’s Committee of District 1, providing hardware and software equipment for Ministry of Medicine in project applying Medical Insurance smart card, building system of receiving and providing information of HCMC through telecommunication number 1022, implementing Gift Managament software for Unilever, maintaining ICT system of SHB, Dai-Ichi VN and VPBank.

Implemented complicated system for Viettel Global in Burundi through strict rules of international telecommunication; bidded and implemented successfully first IT project in Philippines with appreciation from customers, implemented Real-time payment system for Combodia National Bank.

2014 was a difficult year for Vietnam’s economy, enterprises faced many challenges and changes. In this situation, Board of Directors and Executive of HPT practically realized challenges and obstacles, created a comprehensive plan, encouraged HPT staff working smart, overcoming obstacles and achieved targets for ceremony of 20th anniversary of HPT’s establishment.

20th anniversary of HPT’s establishment is a turning point which marked HPT development. This event affirmed prestige of HPT in Governmental offices, customers, and partners,

In 2014, HPT reached revenue 792 billion VND, about 93% of plan. EBIT was 12,7 billion VND, about 85% plan, growth 2,8% than 2013. HPT contributed 38,7 billion VND to governmental budget.

2012 is the year that Vietnam economy has many challenges, HPT as well as other IT enteprises deal with many difficulties while IT market decreases and competition is tremendous. However, with spirit of resilience, HPT board and staft proactively revise short-term strategies, focus on deep profession of technology and knowledge, and HPT has overcome challenges, continuously recognized “Vietnam leading System integration provider”, “Top 5 and Gold medal of Software – Services”.
