On April 13, 2026, HPT Vietnam Corporation joined forces with SMOne and ManageEngine to host a strategic working session and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration aims to expand their partner ecosystem and strengthen capabilities in delivering IT service management and operations solutions across Viet Nam.
Enhancing collaboration, advancing technological capabilities
The working session was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HPT Vietnam Corporation, along with representatives from its centers and the Partnerships Department. From SMOne, participants included Mr. Nghiem Sy Tam Phuong, Director; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Tran, Chief Revenue Officer; as well as members of the management and sales teams. Representing ManageEngine, Ms. Ramapriya Vijayanand, Regional Sales for APAC, attended alongside a team of technical experts.

The signing of the MOU marks a significant milestone in HPT Vietnam Corporation’s strategy to expand its partner ecosystem, with the aim of strengthening technological capabilities and increasing its presence in the regional market. HPT identifies the development of high-quality IT solutions and services as a core competitive advantage, while leveraging its partner ecosystem to broaden market reach and enhance the value delivered to customers.
Driving ManageEngine solution deployment and expanding market
Under the terms of the partnership, HPT Vietnam Corporation and SMOne will establish a collaborative framework to drive the development of ManageEngine solutions in Viet Nam. The two parties will jointly implement marketing and sales initiatives, as well as deliver solutions within the ManageEngine ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, AD360, UEMS, PAM360, LOG360 and more than 120 related products.

The parties have agreed to develop targeted market engagement strategies across key industries such as Banking - Finance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, the Public Sector and other enterprise sectors. At the same time, HPT will continue to strengthen its consulting, technical and implementation capabilities in IT solutions, with the support of SMOne and ManageEngine. In addition, HPT will participate in business acceleration programs, including sales incentive schemes and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), to accelerate the commercialization of ManageEngine solutions and expand its market presence in Viet Nam.
