HPT signs a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Hutech).

On October 5, 2023, as part of the activities to welcome the new students of the Information Technology Department, batch 2023, HPT and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Hutech) signed a cooperation agreement to leverage the capabilities and strengths of each party, contributing to the enhancement of high-quality human resources in Vietnam. This collaboration aims at achieving sustainable development in the fields of research, education, and career orientation. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Dinh Ha Duy Linh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of HPT, as well as representatives from other organizations, associations, and enterprises in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). On behalf of Hutech, there were Dr. Kieu Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and a member of the Founding Council; Associate Professor Dr. Vo Dinh Bay, Vice Rector and Head of the Department of Information Technology, along with Vice Rectors and representatives of leadership from various units within the University and the Department of Information Technology.

HPT is a business entity that has been accompanying and closely associated with Hutech University for many years in various activities related to research and development in science and technology, education, learning experiences, career guidance, recruitment, and more. This cooperation agreement marks a new milestone in the collaborative relationship between the two parties, as it signifies a new phase where both sides have engaged in discussions and reached a consensus on the direction of their partnership in the upcoming period.

According to this agreement, both parties will leverage their existing capabilities and strengths in terms of infrastructure, human resources, and reputable expertise in their respective fields. The primary objective is to work towards connecting employment opportunities for Hutech students and learners while also providing resources to support HPT's initiatives.

Specifically, the university and the company will collaborate to provide career guidance, create opportunities for Hutech students to explore the work environment, study, and gain practical work experience. They will also collaborate in research and development activities, technology transfer into production and business, and contribute to bridging the technology supply and demand to foster technological market development. Additionally, both organizations will jointly organize academic workshops, seminars, and conferences to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and enhance the capabilities of their human resources and students.

The Cooperation Agreement serves as the foundation for both parties to jointly develop detailed cooperation plans to efficiently harness their respective resources and advantages to achieve the stated objectives. During the ceremony, representatives from Hutech and HPT expressed their joy and confidence that the signing of this cooperation memorandum would open up opportunities for the development of both parties. They proposed that after the Cooperation Agreement is signed, the relevant units of both organizations will promptly proceed to implement the specific details within each content.

During the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Ha Duy Linh also extended his congratulations to the new students of Hutech University, Department of Information Technology, batch 2023. Additionally, Mr. Linh shared insights about career opportunities in the field of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity (ATTT), the current labor market situation, and trends, as well as the development direction of high-quality human resources in the industry. Through this, he aimed to inspire and instill determination in the young students to pursue their educational paths and nurture their passion for the profession.

With the desire to spread knowledge through the partnership between the University and the Business, both parties committed to closely cooperate in developing and implementing long-term, sustainable cooperation plans and tasks. They also pledged to work together on specific phase-based plans and tasks. 

HPT believes that this collaboration will bring mutual benefits in terms of human resource development, making a tangible contribution to the community and society, and nurturing the talents of the future who will excel further in the field of Information Technology.
