Speaking at the event, Mr. Ngo Vi Dong, Chairman of HPT, emphasized the program’s special significance in identifying and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. He shared: “The Luong Van Can Talent Awards is a truly special program, as it is not merely a competition for students, but also a journey to discover and cultivate the future entrepreneurs of the country. I would also like to share that in the journey of entrepreneurship, ideas may change and business models may evolve, but the core values of an entrepreneur must remain constant. These values are the spirit of learning, perseverance, and integrity in business.”

According to him, beyond business ideas, what the judging panel seeks to see in contestants is their aspiration, resilience, innovative thinking, and a strong ethical foundation. The entrepreneurial spirit left by Luong Van Can remains highly relevant today: business should not only create wealth for oneself but also contribute to society and to the development of the nation.

Mr. Ngo Vi Dong’s remarks also highlight similarities with the cultural values that HPT has consistently upheld throughout its development journey. The core value of “Humanity – Harmony” shapes the way HPT people think and act, emphasizing ethics and striving for balance between personal growth, organizational development, and social responsibility. This spirit is also reflected in the image of the modern HPT professional, characterized by a learning mindset, continuously seeking knowledge, listening to others, keeping up with new trends and constantly improving oneself.
