Ho Chi Minh City, July 31, 2026, HPT continued its strong growth momentum by surpassing its 2025 business targets and approving a 20% dividend payout, the highest in many years. This achievement not only underscores the Company's operational excellence and solid financial position but also provides a strong foundation for accelerating the implementation of its 2025 - 2030 Breakthrough Strategy, with the ambition of mastering core technologies and developing high-value products, services and solutions.

Outstanding business performance delivers sustainable value to shareholders

At the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, all key agenda items were approved with overwhelming shareholder support, reflecting strong confidence in HPT's long-term growth strategy.

For the fiscal year 2025, HPT recorded VND 1,932 billion in revenue, achieving 138% of its annual target and growing by more than 40% year over year. Profit before tax reached VND 38 billion, fulfilling 115% of the annual plan, up approximately 25% compared to the previous year.

Building on these strong results, shareholders approved a 20% dividend payout for 2025, exceeding the Company's previous commitment of 10%–15% and marking HPT's highest dividend level in many years. Among listed information technology companies, this ranks among the higher dividend payouts in the market, demonstrating HPT's strong financial capacity, effective governance, and strategic focus on high-value technology sectors that drive long-term growth.

A milestone year in executing the Breakthrough Strategy

Beyond impressive financial performance, 2025 marked the first year HPT implemented its Breakthrough Strategy following the Company's 30th anniversary. The achievements extended beyond revenue and profit growth, reflecting HPT's ability to translate strategic directions into concrete initiatives while strengthening corporate governance, technology capabilities, and talent development.

Throughout the year, HPT received numerous prestigious recognitions, including HCMC Enterprise Outstanding, Top 10 Reputable Digital Transformation Products, Services, and Solutions Providers, Top 10 Most Innovative Enterprises in IT, Telecommunications and Digital Transformation, Top 10 Best workplaces in Vietnam 2024 for Information Technology and Telecommunications and recognition among the Top 250 Global Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).

Notably, HSOC Platform was honored among the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products for Overseas Markets at the Make in Viet Nam Awards 2025, marking another important milestone in HPT's journey to strengthen its research, development, and technology ownership capabilities while expanding into global markets.

One of HPT's key highlights in 2025 was the continued shift in its revenue structure toward software and technology services, reflecting growing market demand for digital transformation, data, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions.

HPT continued to invest in research, development, and commercialization of its proprietary technology portfolio, including HSOC Platform, HPT SAALEM, HPT SmartNOC and HPT CSEP, further reinforcing the Company's ability to develop and own core technologies in Vietnam. At the same time, HPT expanded its partnerships with leading global technology companies while investing in talent development and strengthening its technology ecosystem to support sustainable long-term growth.

Accelerating the implementation of the 2025 - 2030 Breakthrough Strategy

As Vietnam continues to advance science, technology, and digital transformation through key policies such as Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the Law on the Digital Technology Industry, HPT has identified 2026 as a pivotal year to accelerate the execution of its 2025–2030 Breakthrough Strategy.

The Company will continue focusing on high-value technology domains, including artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, digital services, and the development of HPT-branded products. These strategic priorities will further strengthen HPT's competitive advantage, expand its market presence, and deliver sustainable value to customers, shareholders, and the broader community.

In line with this strategic direction, HPT will continue to host HPT D-DAY 2026 under the theme "R³ – Real Technology, Real Operation, Real Result". The annual technology forum will bring together business leaders, technology experts, and industry partners to explore emerging trends in AI, data, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and automation, while showcasing practical use cases that enable organizations to accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Scheduled for October 15, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the event is expected to welcome more than 600 attendees, over 20 technology partners, more than 20 exhibition booths, and distinguished speakers from leading technology companies and enterprises in Vietnam and around the world.
