About Da Nang International Airport

Da Nang International Airport is the largest airport in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. It is located in Hai Chau district, approximately 3 km from the city center of Danang. The airport covers a total area of 842 hectares, with 150 hectares designated for civil aviation. It serves as a crucial aviation hub for the Central region of Vietnam and the whole country.
The new international terminal of the airport has been operational since December 2011. It was constructed with a total investment of 1,300 billion viet nam dong, covering a floor area of 36,600 square meters. The terminal has a maximum capacity of serving 6 million passengers per year, handling 400,000 to 1 million tons of cargo annually, with potential for future expansion. It is equipped with modern facilities to support both aviation and non-aviation operations.

Project Requirements

Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) is aiming to enhance service quality and provide comprehensive freight forwarding services to customers with the motto "Choose Saigon Newport - Choose Top-quality Services." Upgrading the IT infrastructure is one of SNP's continuous investment and improvement goals.

The SNP Data Center plays a crucial role in the company's operations as it has the highest port throughput density in Vietnam. Therefore, upgrading the system to meet the growing operational demands is vital. However, the SNP Data Center has encountered the following issues:
