HPT won the 10th HCMC ICT Awards - 2018 - Categories Typical value added service enterprises

On December 28, 2018, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City organized the 10th anniversary of the Information Technology and Communications Award of Ho Chi Minh City with the theme “For a smart, innovative and creative city”. This year, HPT is honored to be awarded the Information Technology - Communication Award of Group 3 - Enterprise providing value added services with Cyber Security assessment and monitoring service.

The Information Technology and Communications Award is organized by the City People’s Committee from 2008 until now. After a decade of organizing, the award has expanded from 4 groups to 6 groups for the organizations and individuals operating in the field of ICT, or implementing ICT application and ICT students have excellent research and academic achievements.

Up to now, HPT has won the Ho Chi Minh ICT award 6 times:

-          System integration service – The HCM ICT award III & V

-          Unit have excellent achievement that made outstanding contributions to the ICT development of HCMC - The HCM ICT award VI

-          Typical ICT implementing unit - The HCM ICT award VIII

-          IT Services for customers - The HCM ICT award IX

-          Cyber Security assessment and monitoring service - The HCM ICT award X

This year, the award has attracted 75 applicants as follows:

-          Group 1: Enterprises having typical software products and solutions with 15 applicants

-          Group 2: Enterprises have typical hardware products and solutions with 8 applicants

-          Group 3: Typical value added service enterprises with 13 applicants

-          Group 4: Typical ICT implementing unit, 7 units

-          Group 5: Units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the ICT development in the city, 10 units and individuals

-          Group 6: Students with excellent research and academic achievements, 22 students of universities and colleges in Ho Chi Minh City.

In group 3, HPT is 1 of 3 units that received prizes from 10 participating units. On this occasion, HPT also participates in 01 exhibition booth to introduce IT products and services provided by HPT.
