About the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Vietnam (VBW10) Program
Drawing on international ranking models such as "Best Workplaces" by the Great Place to Work Institute, "Top 100 Most Attractive Employers" by Universum, and "Best Places to Work" by Glassdoor, while taking into account Vietnam's specific conditions, the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Vietnam (VBW10) program has been developed based on an evaluation framework comprising six key criteria groups:
• Financial indicators (total assets, equity, revenue, profit, etc.)
• Workforce (workforce size, employee turnover, average income, etc.)
• Labor policies (recruitment policies, reward and recognition programs, employee benefits, flexible working arrangements, etc.)
• Working environment (workplace facilities, corporate culture, training programs, and initiatives that encourage dynamism
and creativity, etc.)
• Leadership and corporate governance (leadership vision, corporate governance, legal compliance, etc.)
• Awards, titles, and other recognized outstanding achievements in business operations, as well as corporate social responsibility
