On September 22, 2025, HPT Vietnam Corporation (HPT) and Kanematsu Electronics Ltd. (KEL) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant milestone in the collaboration between two leading IT enterprises. This agreement opens new opportunities for long-term cooperation, sustainable growth, and joint market expansion across Vietnam, Japan, and the ASEAN region.

Under the MOU, the two companies will cooperate in three key areas: developing Security Operations Center (SOC) services to enhance IT system protection for customers; expanding IT outsourcing services to support and operate enterprise technology infrastructure; and jointly exploring business opportunities to bring advanced technology solutions to the regional market.
