Continuing to affirm its pioneering role in applying technology and nurturing female tech talent, HPT is proud to be one of the 15 partners co-organizing and sponsoring the "Microsoft Hackathon 'Code; Without Barriers Hackathon 2024'" – a programming competition within the "Code; Without Barriers" (CWB) program organized by Microsoft, aimed at creating an opportunity for female programmer.

The "Microsoft Code; Without Barriers Hackathon 2024" competition, lasting one month (until June 28, 2024), aims to equip women with skills and experience in solving real-life problems in areas such as Data & AI, Power Apps, and Cybersecurity.

Accompanying the competition, HPT has set a challenge for participants with the theme: "Building a Virtual Assistant capable of searching and answering all information about ISO27001 in general and internal company regulations related to ISO 27001 for all employees."

This is a practical problem closely tied to HPT's quality management system while creating opportunities to apply AI technology to enhance awareness and the effective application of ISO 27001 throughout the company.

Not stopping at just contributing the problem statement for the competition, HPT also sends experts in the fields of AI and Information Security from the company to participate as mentors and judges, providing knowledge and guidance for the competing teams.

  • Mr. Trinh Ngọc Minh – Chief Technology Officer and Director of HPT Training Center, will take on the role of judge.
  • Mr. Nguyen Ho Duy – Head of Digital Transformation at HAS Center, will participate in the program as a Mentor, directly guiding and supporting the contestants.

Awards for the 02 best contestants who "hack" HPT's problem statement:

  • First prize: 675 USD and a 3-month internship opportunity at HPT.
  • Second prize: 200 USD.

Especially after the competition, HPT will continue to connect with "young" talents, creating internship, employment opportunities, or career development programs contributing to the development and innovation of the technology community, promoting diversity and integration.

Let's follow and look forward to the breakthrough solutions from female tech talents at "Code; Without Barriers Hackathon 2024 with HPT”
