The VBW10 Report is developed through
independent research using public information, expert assessments,
media analytics, and validated enterprise data collected from
September 2024 to October 2025. All data has been carefully verified
in accordance with a rigorous evaluation process.
The research methodology draws on several internationally recognized
ranking models such as the
“Best Workplaces” by Great Place to Work Institute,
“Top 100 Most Attractive Employers” by Universum,
“Best Places to Work” by Glassdoor,
as well as other reputable workplace rankings worldwide, adapted to
the context and market conditions of Vietnam.
