HPT collaborates to organize a workshop on "Proactive Risk Assessment and Awareness Enhancement in the Digital World."

On December 21, 2023, HPT, in collaboration with IBM, Exclusive Networks/ThriveDX, and Netpoleon/TeamT5, organized a workshop with the theme "Proactive Risk Assessment and Awareness Enhancement in the Digital World." The event attracted attendees from various industries, including finance-banking, government, manufacturing, and education. Notably, HPT, in this event, collaborated to set up three demo booths showcasing products and solutions related to information security from HPT, Exclusive Networks/Thrive DX, and Netpoleon/TeamT5, offering valuable information and attractive giveaways.

The program covered the following key topics:
  • Enhancing user awareness of digital information security through the presentation by Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Technical Team Leader at Exclusive Networks.

  • Proactive monitoring and identification of attack signs across the entire system presented by Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Technical Director at Netpoleon Vietnam.

  • Data Security: Securing data according to Decree 13 – Direction & Solutions presented by Mr. Nguyen Khanh Luong, Security Solution Consultant at IBM Vietnam.

  • SOC: 24/7 Cybersecurity Monitoring presented by Mr. Le Quoc Bao, Deputy Director of the Information Security Center at HPT.

The presentations at the workshop provided attendees with useful knowledge about information security, helping them better understand threats, user awareness enhancement, screening solutions, detection and prevention of cyberattacks, data security requirements according to Decree 13, and the Security Operations Center (SOC) of HPT. The organizers received a lot of interest from attendees through discussions and sharing at the end of the program.

During the discussion, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam also emphasized the importance of raising awareness of information security, especially in the current digital transformation context. He believed that individuals and organizations need to enhance their awareness of information security to proactively prevent cyberattacks.

At the end of the program, attendees expressed satisfaction with the workshop content, and the shared knowledge and information provided valuable insights into information security.
