On March 7th, 2024, HPT proudly became one of the first four partners in Vietnam to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in collaboration with Microsoft's "Code; Without Barriers" program.

The "Code; Without Barriers" program is a global initiative by Microsoft that has been widely implemented in many countries over the past four years. The program aims to encourage women to enhance their technology skills, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). With the goal of bridging the gender gap in the technology field, the program provides training courses and practical support to help women improve their programming skills, software development, and AI applications.

With the MOU signed with Microsoft, HPT commits to supporting the program for 12 months, encouraging female employees to participate in in-depth AI training sessions and obtain basic certifications. This is part of an effort to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into all company activities, while also affirming HPT's pioneering position in supporting women's development and contributing to the overall development of the technology industry. This aligns well with the company's development directions and has been widely shared with all employees. HPT recognizes the crucial importance of equipping skills and knowledge in this field due to the explosive growth of AI. HPT believes that the "Code; Without Barriers" program will provide excellent opportunities for female HPT employees to effectively access and apply AI, thereby enhancing competitive capabilities and contributing to the company's development. HPT is committed to collaborating with Microsoft in this meaningful program, providing the best conditions for women to unleash their potential and assert themselves in the technology field.
