On the afternoon of December 19, 2023, at the Auditorium of the Headquarters of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) in Hanoi, a solemn ceremony was held to confer certificates and badges of Professional Engineer ASEAN 2023 to 87 engineers from the Vietnam Electricity Association, the Vietnam Electricity Group, and HPT Company.

To be recognized with the title of Professional Engineer ASEAN, candidates had to meet strict criteria and conditions, including demonstrating practical leadership skills in the implementation of projects and works. Specifically, engineers were required to have at least 7 years of experience in the technical field and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position on important technical projects. In the latest evaluation round for the ASEAN engineer title, HPT submitted 03 applications, and all three applications were well-evaluated by the organizing committee, meeting all the specified criteria.

As of now, HPT has a total of 20 engineers recognized as Professional Engineers ASEAN. Once again, on behalf of HPT, congratulations to all who have achieved this prestigious title. It is hoped that this recognition will not only be a personal pride but also a strong motivation for individuals to continue striving, improving their professional competence, and contributing to the development of HPT.
