On the morning of April 26th, 2023, the workshop "Enterprise 4.0 - Automate and Optimize Processes with HPT SAALEM" was successfully held at Novotel Hotel - 167 Hai Ba Trung, Ward 6, District 3, with the collaboration of HPT and IBM, attracting the attention of many customers and experts in the field of information technology.

The workshop focused on sharing experiences on applying technology to optimize processes in the Industry 4.0 era, with 3 main topics:

- Enterprise innovation in the 4.0 era.

- Practical experiences in implementing process automation for enterprises.

- Building business processes with Low Code tool and IBM Workflow Process Service - Cloud Native.

At the beginning of the program, Mrs. Vo Nguyen Huong Giang - Deputy Director of HPT Application Solution & Service Center, expressed her gratitude to the customers for attending the sharing and discussion session organized by HPT. She highlighted the challenges that businesses face in adapting to the digital age to improve efficiency and optimize costs. She also emphasized the goals of the seminar and the role of HPT in accompanying and supporting customers throughout the digital transformation process.

To illustrate the situation more specifically, the consultant from HPT shared the topic "Enterprise innovation in the 4.0" with specific examples related to the development of the information technology industry. From there, he emphasized the need to improve business processes to increase productivity and reduce errors in work.

Understanding the difficulties that businesses face in terms of investment costs, data security, changing habits, and coordination when implementing process improvements, HPT's Digital Transformation expert shared a number of ways to help customers save time and optimize their operations. Moreover, during the workshop, he demonstrated the steps from researhing processes and operating models to help customers better understand the practical implementation of digital transformation in business operations. And HPT SAALEM - a solution developed by HPT itself - is a comprehensive solution that helps businesses optimize their processes.

In the final part of the workshop, a representative from IBM Vietnam - Automation Solution Consultant provided information on the concepts and methods of "Building Business Workflows with Low Code, Cloud Native IBM Workflow Process Service". According to Mr. Dung, Workflow Process Service (WPS) is a lightweight version that helps design processes on the Cloud-Native environment. WPS comes with cost-effective Cloud Pak for Business Automation and is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, customers can easily upgrade and expand from WPS to BAW to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

Before the end of the workshop, customers were further advised on how to apply Low Code technology and Cloud Native Workflow Process Service to their business processes, thereby helping to manage and operate their business activities more easily and efficiently.
