Mr. Dinh Ha Duy Linh

Vice-Chairman & CEO

Mr. Dinh Ha Duy Linh is a member of the Board of Directors, CEO of HPT. He joined HPT from the very first days of its foundation and was among those who contributed a great deal in the orientation and development of the HPT technological experts and engineers.

In 1997, from the Technology Department, the predecessor of the current HPT Technology Division, as a Technical Director, he was assigned to build a new department, which undertakes project consultancy,development and IT solution research and implementation. Under his leadership, numbers of technical experts and engineers of the company has continuously been growing with the expansion of scope of activities. In 2004, when HPT carried out the re-organization with the organizational structure of Head Quarter and Divisions, he was appointed as the Managing Director of HPT Technology Division, one of the key divisions of the company in developing IT solutions and implementing IT projects. Currently, HPT Technology Division has a branch in Hanoi city, which specializes in implementing IT projects in the Northern region. In 2004, Mr. Đinh Hà Duy Linh was awarded the Certificate of excellent performance in IT application by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committees. He also contributes a lot in developing and enhancing the international partnership of the company. In 2005, the turnover of HPT Technology Division reached USD 11 million. In 2007, HPT restructured by merging HPT Technology and HPT Commerce into HPT System Integration to unify system integration business for North and South of Vietnam markets, Mr. Linh had been appointed to be Director of HPT System Integration in 2008. In 2010, Mr. Linh has been appointed to be CEO of HPT.

Before joining HPT, he has been a technical collaborator of the FPT Company from 1993 to 1995. Besides, he also worked as a Lecturer of Electronics at the Physics Department in the HCMC University, now called The University of Natural Sciences.

He graduated with excellent grade from the University of Co-ordination of HCM City, Electronics specialization of Physics Department in 1991. He also graduated from the Cisco Network Institute (which equals to the CCNA qualifications) in 2001. Besides, he has attended numerous subject-based training courses on hardware, system software organized by IBM, HP, RAD, etc.

In 2014 and 2020, he was granted title Typical Entrepreneur of Ho Chi Minh City.

From July 2023, he officially holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and concurrently serves as the CEO of HPT Company.

Mr. Nguyen Quyen

Deputy CEO

Mr. Nguyen Quyen currently is the Deputy CEO. Being one of key members of the company with many years working for the company, Mr. Nguyen Quyen has had considerable contribution to the development orientation, establishment and development of the technical engineers and experts of HPT.

Joining in HPT since 1997, Mr. Nguyen Quyen has worked in different technical departments and teams of the company and actively contributed to the success of important project executions for key customers of the company such as IT application implementation and IT infrastructure establishment. In 2000, Mr. Nguyen Quyen was assigned to be responsible for all Network and telecommunication activities of the IT solution department. In 2002, he became Assistant to Manager of the IT solution department of the company. During this time, he continued to considerably contribute to building and developing the technical experts and engineers of the company, especially in the network and telecommunication sector as well as the working processes and technical standards of the company. In 2004, when the company made re-structure with the organizational structure of a corporation with Head quarter and divisions, he was trustfully appointed as the Vice Director of HPT Technology Division and Chief of Information of the company In 2007, HPT restructured by merging HPT Technology and HPT Commerce into HPT System Integration to unify system integration business for North and South of Vietnam markets, Mr. Quyen had been appointed to be Vice Director of HPT System Integration in 2008. In 2010, he took responsibility as CTO of HPT and in February 2011, he has been elected to Director of HPT Software Center.

Mr. Nguyen Quyen graduated with good grade from the University of Co-ordination of HCM City (now called the University of Natural Sciences HCM City), Electronics specialization of Physics Department in 1997. Besides, he also attended many in house and abroad training courses on hardware, system, network technology of HPT, Cisco and AMP as well as other short term training courses on business management and leadership skills. He has received many Cisco certificates such as CCNA, Wireless AM, Sales Expert; HP and AMP Certificates such as Netserver and AMP ND&I.

In 2016, he was appointed to be Deputy CEO of HPT to develop HPT stronger and more successful.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai

Deputy CEO

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai is one of the key members of HPT Vietnam Corporation. She is currently in charge of Deputy CEO. She joined in the company in 2001 and used to work as Payment Accountant and General Accountant. With more than 7 years experience in accounting field, she is one of active members who contributed to make the Accounting management department stronger. Under her management, the Accounting management department has made considerable contributions in financial management, carrying out accounting standards commensurate with the development requirement of the company and compliant with accounting standards and regulations of the government, ensuring the accuracy and honesty of financial statements and reports, providing timely information for BoD, managers, governmental organizations, tax department, banks, stockholders…

Before joining in HPT, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai used to work as General Accountant for Truong Giang Informatics Company in 3 years. She was the person who directly established the accounting system of this company.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai graduated from The University of Economics of HCM City, Accounting and Auditing department in 1998.

In 2016, she was appointed to be Deputy CEO of HPT to develop HPT stronger and more successful.

Mr. Huynh The Vinh

Deputy CEO

Mr. Huynh The Vinh is currently in charge of Deputy CEO of HPT Vietnam Corporation. He graduated with major Physics and worked in HPT from 2000, in charge of many key roles such as Manager of System solution department, Technology director of Ha Noi Branch… contributed to building and developing technological engineers at Ha Noi Branch more professional and stronger.

During working at HPT, Mr. Huynh The Vinh received awards of the best individual, Buffalo Prize for technical units at the branch (prize of HPT for unit which has active contribution and excellent achievement in the year).

In 2012, Mr. Huynh The Vinh was appointed Acting Chief Technology Officer by Executive Board, continued enhancing and developing technical engineers upgrading higher level, developing optimized IT solutions and services appropriate for customer demand.

Mr. Huynh The Vinh participated in courses of big leading enterprises and was recognized through relevant certificates such as HP Presales Symposium, CSA – HP UX, IBM AIX Sys Admin 1…, ITIL – Project quality management…and other certificates of business management courses.

In 2016, he was appointed to be Deputy CEO of HPT to develop HPT stronger and more successful.

Minh Trinh Ngoc, Ph.D

Chief Technology Development Officer

After years of experience as lecturer in Ho Chi Minh City National Universities, as researcher in R&D for topics relating to CyberSecurity and as expert in Security for Cisco Systems, Mr. Minh (Trinh Ngoc) joins HPT and is in charge of Chief Technology Development Officer role.

Beside responsibility at HPT, he is an active member of Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA) and VNISA South Branch. As a Member of the Executive Committee, he participates in increasing information security awareness, revising the information security policies & programs for Governmental agencies, organizes technology workshops of VNISA South Branch.

Acquiring and developing new technologies for new businesses of HPT, making HPT to become a leading DX service provider is his new target and also HPT Directors’ expectation.

Mr. Pham Minh Cuong

Vice President and Director of the Customer Service Center (HSC).

Mr. Pham Minh Cuong has become one of the Board of managers of the Maintenance Center (current Customer service center) since 2006. As a Technical Director, he is responsible for orienting human resource development, monitoring and consulting technology, building working processes, and enhancing service quality. He joined in planning to expand service types, to develop market, and to ensure sufficient materials and equipments for service contracts. Customer Service Center has continuously grown since 1998 to be a key business entity of the company. Customer Service Center always focuses on “keeping prestige” with customers and this has considerably contributed to the business growth of the center in particular and the company in general. Besides, Customer Service Center also expands its maintenance and repairing services to make the center “the highest profit business entity” of the company.

Nowadays, HPT Customer service center brings diversified service packages, appropriate for IT demands of specific customer segmentation. The Center always focuses on customer development as the first priority for better services.

From November 2023, he has been appointed to the position of Vice President and Director of the Customer Service Center (HSC).

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam

Vice President and Director of HPT Information Security Center (HSE)

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam currently is Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE) – business unit of HPT. Mr. Nam has 12 years of experience in Information Security. Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences, he joined HPT since 2008 and is one of the first members who developed security specialization at HPT with the position Security engineer, Senior consultant, Head of Security solutions and services. During working at HPT, he has made important contributions to build new security service groups.

From 2018, he was appointed by the HPT Board of Directors as Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE) - in charge of business and technology. HSE has been gradually asserting its capacity with determination to make HPT to become one of the leading companies in the security field in Vietnam and the region.

From November 2023, he has been appointed to the position of Vice President and Director of the HPT Security Center (HSE).

Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh

Vice President and Director of the Solutions and Software Services Center (HAS)

Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh is currently Director of HPT Application Solution & Service Center (HAS), business unit of HPT. Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh has over 10 years of experience in IT, after achieved Master of Computer Science of Nanyang Technology University (Singapore). Before joining HPT, he worked at many big corporations such as Avanade Singapore, Bank of Credi Suisse Singapore. When joining HPT, he worked as Sales Director of Solutions, he had great contribution to build integrated software department, which overcame tough periods and developed sustainably.

In 2015. Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh was appointed to position Vice- Director of HAS – in charge of technical and sales fields, building HAS to be key business unit of HPT. In 2017, Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh was appointed to position Director of HAS.

From November 2023, he has been appointed to the position of Vice President and Director of the Solutions and Software Services Center (HAS).

Mr. Phung Quoc Bao

Chief Accountant

Mr. Phung Quoc Bao graduated from Accounting and Finance Institute in 1992. He has been working at HPT since 1997. He has held the position of Deputy Finance Manager since 2011. He contributes to the management and implementation Accounting work in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Vietnamese Accounting System and applicable relevant requirements. Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with regulations, ensuring the accuracy and integrityof the report.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh Liem

Vice-Director
HPT Customer Service Center

Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh Liem is currently in charge of Vice-Director of HPT Customer Service Center. Joined HPT from 1996, he contributed to developing professional and devoted technical support and customer care staff.

From 1999 to 1998, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh Liem was in charge of Manager of Maintenance Department of Maintenance Center (procursor of HPT Customer Service Center). From 2002 to 2004, he was in charge of fixing department of the center. Through these positions, he collected much experience of profession and also management skills. From 2005, he was appointed Vice-Director of Customer Service Center and builds, develops human resource as well as takes care of profession activities of the center.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh Liem graduated Electric department of University of Technical Education. Besides, he receives many technical certificates of HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Compag…

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong

Vice-Director
HPT System Integration Center

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong joined HPT from 2005, graduated with Foreign language major and appointed Vice-director of System Integration Center form April 2012.

During working at HPT, she was in charged of Project administrator (2005 – 2007), Admin – Human resource department Manager, Project administration department manager at Hanoi Branch (2007 – 2012). She made agreat contribution to project administration duty and development of project administration team at the branch. Ms. Thu Huong took awards for best individual in 3 continuous years and leaded project administration department Hanoi Branch completing duties, taking Buffalo prize of the company.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong participated in project management and business administration courses such as Working motivation, Project management change management, Pre PMP, Project management, Budget planning and Construction supervisor in accordance with 102/CP decree…

Ms. Vo Nguyen Huong Giang

Vice Director
HPT Application Solution & Service Center

Ms. Vo Nguyen Huong Giang is currently Vice-Director of HPT Application Solution & Service Center (HAS), business unit of HPT. Ms. Vo Nguyen Huong Giang has over 20 years of experience in IT, achieved Master of Computer Science of Hochiminh city University of Science (Vietnam). Before joining HPT, she worked as Senior Consultant in apply IT to FSI. When joining HPT in 2011, she worked as Technical Manager, had great contribution to build Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.

In 2017, Ms. Vo Nguyen Huong Giang was appointed to position Vice Director of HAS.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen

Manager of Head Office

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen has undertaken the role of Manager of Head Office (Admin & QM Dept, Human resource Dept, Secretary and PR Dept). Be one of key members with 10 year working in HPT, she has had many contribution to HR, admin and QM operation.

She has joined in HPT since 2001 with the first position as the product quality and software development manager.

In 2003, she has managed Admin & QM Dept. with such a new position, she’s very active in building quality management process. In 2010, she has appointed the Manager of Head Office. In each challenge, Ms. Hoang Yen has always shown her enthusiasm and high responsibility.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen, graduated BA of Finance – Banking in 2001. Besides, she took part in the major courses such as HR Manager, Quality Management, Leader skills,etc.

Mr. Le Nhut Hoang Nam

Vice-Director
HPT System Integration Center

Mr. Le Nhut Hoang Nam has been working at HPT since 2003 as a technical network consultant. He has consulted and helped in the implementation of multiple major projects such as Sasco network system, Vinataba–BAT IT system, VietinBank system migration, Saigon Coop and SSI (Saigon Securities company) high-availability IT system. In 2010, he was appointed as Chief Information Officer, in charge of promoting and applying enterprise applications for all of the branches, optimizing the efficiency of system processes.

In 2020, Mr. Le Nhut Hoang Nam was appointed to position Vice- Director of HPT System Integration Center (HSI) to develop HSI always be leading business unit of HPT.

During working at HPT, Mr. Le Nhat Hoang Nam joins in planning IT polity, security policy and IT system optimization plan of the company. The information system department under management of Mr. Hoang Nam is responsible for centralized information management, information security, high-avaiability network operation for the company and branches, implementation of IT applications for company business management and optimization...

He graduated with excellent Cisco networking academy in 2001 and achieved great accomplishments in many specialized training courses on secured information systems, computer networks, network design of cable, human resources,... from prestigious IT firms and institution.

Mrs. Truong Thi Cam Le

Chief of Representative Office
Hanoi Branch

Mrs. Truong Thi Cam Le is currently in charge of Head of Representative Office – Hanoi Branch. She is one of first members of HPT Hanoi Branch and contributed greatly in company development in the North. Worked at HPT Hanoi Branch from 2002 as Secretary, she helped greatly HPT management board in forming and developing HPT staff in the North. As Manager of Project management department from 2005, she participated in bidding activities and managed many big contracts and projects of company, formed capable and enthusiastic project managers, formed and retained customer relationships in the North. From 2008, she was appointed Head of Representative Office – HPT Hanoi Branch, participated in human resource& admin management, quality management in the North in order to help company completing organizational duty.

During working at HPT, she received award for best individual many years. Before working at HPT, she was in charge of Manager of Admin & Human resource Department of International LCM Ltd.. She graduated from Thang Long University with major Business English in 2000 and graduated from National Economics University with major Accounting in 2005.

Besides, during working at HPT, she participated many courses in Project management, Quality management, Human resource management.

Mr. Le Quoc Bao

HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE)

Mr. Le Quoc Bao currently is Vice Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE) – business unit of HPT. Mr. Bao has over 5 years of experience in Information Security. Graduated from Saigon Technology University, he joined HPT since 2015 and is one of the core members who partitipated in almost security services project at HPT with the position Security Engineer, Security Experts, Head of Security Services Department. During working at HPT, he has made important contributions to build new security services and bring more value to customer.

From 2020, he was appointed by the HPT Board of Directors as Vice Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE) - in charge of technology, research and development. HSE has been gradually asserting its capacity with determination to make HPT to become one of the leading companies in the security field in Vietnam and the region.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung

Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung
Acting Vice Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE)

Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung joined HPT from 2011. He graduated from Ha Noi University of Science & Technology in Electronics & Telecommunications major (BA) and Computer Science major (Master). From June 2021, he was appointed the role Acting Vice Director of HPT Cyber Security Center (HSE).

He has 15 years of experience in consulting, designing, implementing cyber security solutions with varied scale of projects, for leading enterprises in FSI, Energy, and Governmental agencies.

He has experienced in many positions at HPT such as Security Solutions Engineer (2011 - 2017), Security Solutions Manager (2017 - May 2021).

Besides rich experience, he participated in many cyber security trainings in Vietnam and global. Especially, in 2017 he acquired Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – The advanced level certificate of information security.
